1、负责商业化数据服务的端到端建设：从实时数据接入与计算，到存储选型与查询服务，为广告主投放决策提供高时效、高可用的数据能力；负责查询服务的性能与稳定性建设，支撑高并发场景下的低延迟查询； 2、参与商业化中台数据服务的基础能力建设，设计灵活、健壮、易扩展的系统架构；参与AI相关的数据处理与智能应用开发，推动AI能力在商业化场景落地； 3、深入了解全球领先广告系统的业务与架构； 4、直面大规模实时数据处理与分析的前沿挑战，快速积累大数据领域的技术深度； 5、参与AI能力在真实商业化场景中的落地，而非纯技术预研。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础； 2、3年左右后端开发经验，精通Java/Go中至少一门（工作中主要使用Java），有服务端系统设计能力； 3、有数据链路相关的实际开发经验，熟悉Flink/Kafka等流式计算与消息中间件，或熟悉至少一种OLAP引擎（ClickHouse、Doris、ES）并有实际优化经验； 4、具备以下任一方向的深度积累，并对另一方向有实际接触：1）实时数据链路：参与过实时任务的设计、上线与稳定性保障；2）高并发服务：有在线服务的性能优化经验，熟悉服务治理、缓存、限流等手段； 5、具备良好的业务理解与抽象能力，能将复杂需求转化为可落地的技术方案； 6、沟通协作能力好，有技术钻研精神，乐于接受挑战并持续学习。

加分项 1、有高并发、高可用在线服务的设计与优化经验，熟悉服务治理、缓存、限流等常见手段； 2、有实时数仓、实时指标服务建设经验； 3、有AI/LLM应用相关工程实践经验； 4、英语流利。
