1、负责电商商品运营核心系统的后端架构设计与研发，覆盖商品供给、商品理解、信息质量提升及商品智能化应用等关键链路； 2、深入电商商品全生命周期业务，建设商品线索招品、信息结构化、内容治理、分发到消费的一体化商品运营平台，持续提升商品供给效率、信息完整度与平台生态质量； 3、基于大模型、多模态理解、知识图谱等AI能力，构建商品智能理解体系，包括商品标题/属性解析、类目预测、卖点抽取、质量识别、标签生成及知识关联等能力； 4、负责商品信息质量的提升与优化，通过模型能力与数据闭环优化商品信息准确性、一致性与可消费性，提升商品在搜索、推荐、广告等场景中的应用效果； 5、对接并整合内部算法能力与外部智能能力，建设稳定、可扩展的商品智能服务中台，支撑多业务场景快速接入与能力复用。

1、计算机、通信、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年以上后端开发经验； 2、精通Golang/Java/Python中的一种或多种，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的系统设计能力，能独立负责复杂模块的设计与实现； 3、熟悉大模型的基础原理，了解Agent、Skill、MCP等相关概念，有实操经验者优先； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka等主流中间件，具备数据库性能优化及分布式系统设计与开发经验； 5、对技术有热情，学习能力强，能快速理解电商复杂业务、快速掌握AI领域新知识/技术，具备优秀的技术调研与落地能力； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力、问题分析与解决能力，对业务结果有强烈的责任感。
