1、负责营销托管产品的运营推广，指定阶段性运营目标、策略与节奏，搭建商家分层运营体系，输出标准化动作包，推动规模化增长落地与复盘； 2、熟悉抖音商业化广告逻辑，理解生活服务商家经营场景与决策路径，能将平台能力转化为商家侧可感知的经营价值； 3、设计并优化从触达、开通、投放、诊断到续投的关键链路，建立核心指标体系，定位问题与机会点，持续推动转化指标与商家投放ROI提升； 4、基于一线反馈与数据洞察提出产品优化建议，持续提升商家投放体验与ROI认知； 5、与产品、销售、区域运营、交付等团队协作，推动需求评审、方案上线与效果复盘，保障策略闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，3年互联网产品运营/商业化运营/增长运营经验（有本地生活、广告投放、To B产品运营经验优先）； 2、具备策略思维与较强的数据分析能力，能在不确定性中拆解问题、制定方案并推动多方落地； 3、对商家经营与广告投放链路有理解，能将复杂产品能力转化为商家可执行的运营动作； 4、沟通协作能力强，能与产品、研发、销售及区域团队高效配合。
