1、负责商业化创意生态项目，通过投放策略与政策引导，优化客户素材供给结构，平衡广告投放效率与生态健康度，实现生态指标的持续优化； 2、特征工程与策略建模：深入分析好素材与差素材的演进手段，将感性判别转化为理性特征维度（如：视觉指纹、音频重合度、文案模版化程度等），设计精细化的自动识别策略； 3、投放策略的优化：设计通用投放策略，在不损伤大盘长效收益的前提下提升好素材的投出占比，降低差素材的透出占比，使得用户有更好的广告体验； 4、供给结构优化：通过设计良好的奖惩机制，鼓励客户供给好素材，惩罚差素材；负责治理策略的分级与全链路闭环，包括识别算法、处罚梯度（限流/拒审/降权）以及申诉机制；确保策略在具备杀伤力的同时，拥有良好的确定性； 5、指标定义与归因分析：定义衡量生态健康的核心指标，针对指标波动进行深度归因，定位策略失效点并快速迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/统计/数学及相关专业； 2、熟悉竞价广告投放机制，有丰富的相关经验，有计算广告/推荐策略/机器学习/自然语言处理相关经验优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，出色的学习能力；具备强烈的好奇心和自我驱动力，喜欢接受挑战，追求极致。
