团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、负责供应链系统信息化建设与迭代优化，梳理业务信息化需求，与IT对接，共同推进供应链相关系统的落地、优化与运维工作，助力供应链业务线上化、标准化、智能化升级，提升供应链整体运营效率； 2、统筹供应链全链路流程管理，覆盖采购管理、供应商管理、生产物流等业务环节，排查流程痛点，落地流程优化方案，规范业务标准，保障供应链高效、稳定运转； 3、搭建并执行供应链事前预防、事中管控、事后复盘的全流程合规体系，常态化开展供应链业务风险审查，输出风险报告，落地整改优化，对接部门合规咨询，开展基础合规培训，规范业务操作，配合内外部合规稽查，对问题整改进行跟踪闭环； 4、负责供应链运营数据统计、分析与复盘，输出周期性运营报告，支撑业务决策，跟进行业与部门业务发展变化趋势，持续优化供应链运营及管理制度。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、信息技术、经济管理类相关专业优先，3年以上芯片供应链运营相关工作经验，熟悉行业供应链运作模式； 2、精通采购全生命周期流程，熟悉半导体行业采购管理规范与合规要求，可独立开展供应链合规管控、流程落地与优化工作； 3、熟练使用ERP、SCM、CRM、WMS中任意一个或多个系统，具备系统优化、落地推行经验者优先，有系统搭建、迭代经验者加分； 4、具备扎实的供应链运营、风险管控、流程优化能力，擅长数据分析与问题复盘，可解决业务突发问题，支撑业务高效推进； 5、工作严谨负责，具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调与团队协作能力，恪守职业操守与合规准则。
