1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，熟练掌握常用的数据结构与算法； 2、精通Golang/Python/PHP/Java等一种或多种编程语言，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 3、熟练掌握互联网开发常用技术栈如存储、计算、消息队列等，熟悉原理或有优化经验更佳；能够结合业务做出合理的技术选型； 4、有良好的业务思维、负责人意识以及质量意识，主动学习以及问题分析解决能力强，有良好的团队沟通协作与推动能力； 5、有大流量高并发系统开发设计经验者优先；有中台系统建设实践经验优先；有订单、交易、售后等系统开发设计经验者优先。
