1、探索AI Native研发和业务提效，优化Agent能力，构建AI友好流程，解决如下方向问题：需求流程Agent、策略诊断Agent、知识库构建和各类Agent流程自动化，以及评测等事项； 2、参与抖音直播任务平台、公会任务、主播供给相关后端系统研发，支持任务创建、任务下发、进度计算、奖励结算、反作弊扣除、数据展示和对账链路，建设高并发、高可靠、高安全的任务系统，保障任务状态流转、奖励发放、资金安全和数据一致性； 3、深入理解公会任务和主播供给业务，能从业务目标出发拆解技术方案，而不只是被动实现需求，参与任务配置化、任务引擎、策略平台、数据分析和效果归因等方向建设，提升业务迭代效率； 4、与产品、运营、数据、算法、风控等角色协作，持续提升任务激励效果、平台效率和业务结果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络、数据库等基础知识； 3、熟练掌握Go/Python/Java/C++中至少一门语言，具备良好的编码能力和工程习惯； 4、理解数据库、缓存、消息队列、RPC、分布式系统等后端基础组件，能关注系统可靠性、可观测性和数据一致性； 5、对业务有兴趣，愿意理解直播、公会、主播、任务激励、结算、反作弊、增长策略等复杂业务问题；对AI有真实使用和实践经验，理解大模型、Prompt、RAG、Agent、AI Coding等基础概念，并能把AI工具用于学习、编码、分析或项目开发； 6、好奇心强，学习速度快，遇到不确定问题能主动调研、验证和复盘；责任心强，沟通协作顺畅，能在复杂业务和复杂系统之间建立清晰判断。
