1、客户分层体系搭建，对已付费的飞书SMB客户进行多维度分层，持续迭代分层标签体系，输出可落地的差异化运营策略； 2、私域营销运营：负责企业微信、飞书端内等私域渠道的日常运营与营销，设计并执行SOP化触达方案，跟踪互动与转化漏斗并持续优化；沉淀素材库、话术库与Playbook； 3、设计运营实验，并对策略本身、客户及全链路流程进行分析与洞察，为业务侧提供数据驱动的运营决策建议； 4、积极探索并应用AI工具（如大模型、自动化工具等）提升内容生产效率和运营效果，参与AI辅助内容生产、用户画像分析、自动化触达等创新项目。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、数据分析、统计、计算机、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、可连续实习六个月，每周5天到岗； 3、有实际内容生产经验，能独立完成从选题到发布的全流程，文字功底扎实，对内容质量有追求； 4、有私域运营经验，熟悉用户分层、精细化触达等玩法，有可量化的运营成果优先； 5、具备AI工具使用能力者优先——熟练使用ChatGPT、Claude、MidJourney、Coze等AI工具辅助工作，或有AI+内容/运营及工作流的实操案例； 6、数据敏感度高，善于从数据中发现问题、驱动优化；自驱力强，学习能力突出，对新技术、新工具保持好奇心。
