1、参与国际支付全球网络能力建设，实现全球各区域的支付、收单系统对接，覆盖从用户/商户的签约、绑卡、支付、清结算以及数字银行卡户服务等流程； 2、负责相关支付网络核心系统、组件、框架的设计开发，高效支撑各类业务需求的同时，持续提升研发质量、效率、系统性能和稳定性，构建行业领先的全球化支付网络系统架构； 3、协同产品、商务、运营做好业务规划、技术方案制定及评审； 4、参与AI/LLM技术在支付场景中的落地建设，包括： 1）基于大模型全面重塑与合作伙伴的连接集成模式、支付信息治理能力、智能支付网络决策能力以及支付网络运营能力，提升合作伙伴接入效率与网络治理水平，达成覆盖、成本、时效和成功率等各项能力的行业领先； 2）基于大模型沉淀全球各地区的支付行业知识，实现研发、运营和策略分析的全面提效； 3）探索AI Coding在资金安全要求严格的金融领域的实践。

1、熟悉MySQL、Redis、MQ等常用基础组件，熟悉微服务，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练掌握至少一门服务端语言； 2、有高并发服务、微服务设计和实现经验优先，有支付系统架构设计经验优先； 3、有较强的问题发现、分析、解决能力，做事逻辑条理清晰，具备化繁为简的能力，可基于业务做出合理的技术选型设计； 4、具有团队合作精神，勇于自我突破也能沉下心解决好当前问题，具备高度自驱力和结果导向思维，具备跨团队协作意识，锲而不舍地推动目标达成； 5、较好的稳定性意识，高度重视线上质量问题； 6、具备较好的英语阅读能力，无障碍英语工作交流可加分。
