1、负责用户增长部门前端业务架构，规范部门前端研发流程，提升前端研发效率、质量、体验，负责业务场景包括H5/Hybird/PC/NODE等； 2、负责前端规范、工程、流水线、稳定性、性能等方向纵向深度建设，统筹推进技术在用户增长各产品内落地，为过程和结果负责； 3、负责用户增长前端技术产品建设，调研分析各业务技术问题。

1、有前端工程架构经验优先，有架构意识，熟悉前端构建工具Webpack、Esbuild、Vite等； 2、掌握至少一种主流前端框架，了解基本原理； 3、对研发效率、体验、质量有深入理解，对研发全流程优化有一定优化经验； 4、具备良好的系统规划能力，能基于技术现状，完成技术规划并推动实施，注重用户体验，具备良好的自驱力、技术极客精神、擅长团队协作。
