1、负责项目全周期宣发视频内容的创意策划、导演把控与制作管线搭建，覆盖节点与赛季视频、实机包装物料、商业化和版本活动资产、赛事视频资产等；能将信息、玩法卖点转化为有记忆点、有传播力的可视化内容，支撑项目从首曝到上线的全阶段研运资产制作和运营推广目标； 2、内容创意与导演把控：主导全品类研运推广视频的创意方案、叙事框架、分镜设计、全片节奏与最终品质，覆盖品牌向PV、实机演示、研发日志、策划面对面、社区物料、版本和商业化资产、赛事资产等；深度把控内容调性，打造差异化记忆点； 3、制作管线搭建与落地：搭建从「创意提案→分镜Demo→制作→验收迭代」的标准化视频管线；负责对接CG/引擎动画团队、内部美术与技术团队，全链路把控制作周期、品质与成本；具备能直接制作或通过AIGC工具在前期创意、分镜Demo的能力，提升前期产能与试错效率； 4、卖点转化与跨部门协同：能深度挖掘产品卖点体系，结合项目目标画像，将各级玩法爽点、世界观设定、差异化机制转化为可视化视频语言；对接研发、策划、美术团队，精准提取实机素材、美术资产，确保内容专业度与产品还原度； 5、效果复盘与资产沉淀：跟踪视频内容的投放数据、社区反馈、舆情表现，持续优化内容方向与制作标准；沉淀宣发视频素材标准与素材库，支撑国内+国际多区域的版本和运营复用需求。

1、大专及以上学历，4年以上游戏行业宣发视频策划/导演经验，有完整中重度/3A级射击游戏首曝PV、版本宣发素材PV的全流程项目经验； 2、精通视频叙事逻辑与镜头语言，能独立输出创意方案、文字分镜、节奏设计，具备优秀的画面审美与成片把控力； 3、熟悉UE5引擎动画、实机录制、CG制作的全流程与技术边界，能顺畅对接研发/外包团队的技术需求，不脱离产品实际做创意； 4、懂游戏、懂玩家，能精准提炼射击、PvE合作类产品的爽点，避免纯视觉堆砌，内容兼顾传播性与玩家说服力； 5、具备基础项目管理能力，可并行推进多个视频项目，把控周期与品质，有外包供应商管理经验、自带渠道资源者优先。
