1、负责国际化直播业务多元垂类相关业务的模型策略运营工作，深入了解业务模式，上线和维护模型及相关规则，对模型策略效果分析和负责； 2、基于数据和案例分析、挖掘，定位问题产出解决方案，并协同其他部门系统化推动方案落地； 3、建设完善的评估机制，针对国际化直播业务内线上内容策略现状给出合理的评估结果，产出指标，做好数据运营和数据资产管理工作； 4、对前沿技术敏感，了解模型原理，有基础的迭代思路，熟悉各类样本生产方案。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品运营相关工作经验，有内容生态治理、运营规则制定、内容策略制定、模型相关经验； 2、有良好的数据分析能力，善于应用数据分析发现和挖掘问题； 3、逻辑清晰，善于沟通，有较好的组织协调能力，且具备良好的文字功底，目标感强。
