1、负责国际化生活服务交易相关的分发策略，从兴趣交易出发，研究内容分发，货架排序，提升交易转化；负责包括需求用户调研、数据分析、策略设计、研发跟进、评估上线、迭代优化等； 2、持续完善推荐的数据分析体系，结合定性与定量分析，快速定位影响C端内容消费体验的痛点问题； 3、定位达人与UGC作者创作体验的关键问题，通过流量促进用户创作，量化影响幅度并进行优先级评估； 4、基于数据，制定合理的指标观测体系，量化产品功能价值，有效支持优化、迭代策略输出； 5、从现象看本质，抽象共性问题，研究背后原因；结合流量收入调控手段，联动商户端、达人运营、推荐、研发，优化生活服务分发链路，提升国际化生活服务整体分发规模与效率。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上互联网策略产品工作经验，产品/数据/CS背景优先，有生活服务行业经验优先； 2、热爱思考，对用户需求有深刻理解，能从用户角度思考问题； 3、逻辑思维优秀，能够通过数据逻辑驱动产品策略迭代 ； 4、目标导向，团队协作能力优秀，落地能力强，协同合作方快速推进项目。
