1、负责字节跳动内容流品牌产品的运营推广，深度理解短剧/中长视频/音乐等产品功能及特点，明确售卖策略，制定规模化GTM方案，推动新产品与新模式的落地，为目标达成负责； 2、分析业务数据，设计与优化市场推广策略，完成标杆案例，投放方法论的挖掘与建立； 3、提炼产品卖点，梳理产品流程，组织销售团队、代理商和客户的产品培训，设计运营活动，确保分阶段提升客户渗透与收入提升； 4、能够挖掘重点机会行业和客群，定期调研、收集与提炼客户需求，推动产品迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上广告运营经验，对品牌产品/数据产品有深入理解；具备平台广告营销经验，了解各类型客户在品牌曝光和种草方向的诉求与营销模式者优先； 2、具备整合营销思维，对内容营销有理解，数据敏感，善于总结、决策，可以独立撰写运营规划文档，熟练掌握市场需求分析与产品GTM策略，能够通过各种数据的收集，归纳，对产品进行及时调整及改进； 3、学习能力强，具有较强的独立思考能力和自我驱动力，对复杂的业务场景有判断力；同时对新鲜事物，特别是AI技术和业务的结合有充分的好奇心和探索欲； 4、有较强的客户视角和主人翁意识，具备优秀的沟通能力。
