1、打造安全、可靠、稳定、高效的财务结算、支出系统，支撑字节跳动多元化业务形态，包括抖音、今日头条、飞书、广告等，用一套方案解决业界难题； 2、参与/负责业务领域建模、技术方案设计、代码开发和系统优化，保障不断提高产品品质； 3、识别技术挑战并探索突破，包括但不限于高并发处理、存储性能优化、一致性保障等； 4、持续优化系统架构，调研行业技术方案，基于AI场景下新作业模式进行前瞻性思考和设计。

1、计算机及其相关专业，本科及其以上学历； 2、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，具备扎实的代码能力； 3、熟悉Java技术栈，对常见服务端中间件有实践和理解； 4、具备良好的业务抽象能力和丰富的架构设计经验，有财务系统设计和落地经验者优先； 5、具备较强的责任心，良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。
