1、负责为商家经营工具及海内外电商场景研发并落地深度学习与LLM驱动的智能系统； 2、利用大规模电商数据，构建可行动的智能体系统，支持CRM内容生成、店铺装修、自动化邮件回复与触达优化等核心场景； 3、通过机器学习模型预测商家表现，识别增长机会点，并提供基于智能体的推荐方案（如活动设计、定价与促销策略）； 4、与跨职能团队（产品、数据科学、运营等）合作，从0到1设计并交付重塑商家增长方式的项目，影响美妆、时尚、健康等核心品类的百万级日销； 5、构建商家分层模型、线索打分算法、触达优化系统及知识图谱，提升商家入驻与留存效率； 6、应用数据挖掘与预测建模优化商品定价、促销及流量分配策略；能清晰地将技术洞察传达给技术与非技术合作方，推动跨团队的高效协作与数据驱动文化。

1、计算机、人工智能、统计学、运筹学等相关专业硕士及以上学位，具备数据挖掘或深度学习经验； 2、扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，熟悉分类、回归、NLP、模型优化等算法； 3、熟练掌握Python编程，熟悉常用机器学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow）； 4、能够将算法与业务价值相结合，具备强烈的自驱力、责任感与好奇心； 5、2年以上机器学习工程师经验，优先有NLP、推荐、营销或增长算法相关经验； 6、优秀的分析能力、团队协作与沟通能力。

加分项 1、有大语言模型（LLM）、多智能体系统或RAG（检索增强生成）管线的实战经验； 2、在顶会（KDD、NeurIPS、ICML、SIGIR、WSDM、WWW、AAAI、IJCAI、RecSys等）发表论文或在ML比赛中取得优异成绩； 3、有电商或其他大规模数据密集型生产系统经验； 4、对构建能直接产生业务价值的智能体系统充满热情。
