1、负责字节跳动商业生态与安全业务策略系统建设和算法研究，识别用户/内容/团伙风险； 2、深入理解风控安全策略，结合机器学习、数据挖掘、信息检索、图挖掘等技术，降低安全风险，提升审核拦截和风险感知能力； 3、结合广告投放系统和商业化安全/体验业务，调整投放策略，改善生态体验并优化广告核心指标。

1、CS 相关方向本科/硕士/博士，有内容风控或安全反作弊相关工作经验优先； 2、熟悉CV/NLP/机器学习/深度学习算法中一项或多项，掌握至少一种常用的机器学习框架（ GBDT/LR/XGBoost等）或深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow等），应用场景包括但不限于推荐、搜索、广告等大规模机器学习； 3、大规模数据挖掘、图挖掘等相关技术，有海量数据处理经验者优先（SQL、Hadoop、Hive、Spark等）； 4、极佳的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C++（Linux开发环境）； 5、有较强的研究能力，在顶级学术会议如 KDD、WWW、WSDM、ICML、NeurIPS、CVPR、ACL 等发表论文者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
