ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、参与抖音搜索业务研发工作，覆盖Hybrid/WAP/Web场景； 2、支持搜索业务框架/通用能力/工程化的研发，利用技术手段提升搜索研发效率； 3、参与搜索微前端体系建设，研发工具链、打造DevOps解决方案； 4、参与搜索性能优化与稳定性建设，提升服务质量和用户体验； 5、参与搜索Node基础功能抽象，研发基础库和OpenAPI。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有较好的计算机基础，有稳定性建设或性能优化相关经验的优先； 3、掌握JavaScript、CSS、HTML等前端技术，对主流前端框架（React、Vue、Angular等）至少一种有应用经验； 4、具备良好的服务意识、沟通协作能力、责任心、较强的学习能力、热爱前端； 5、有项目经验优先，每周出勤至少4天，至少4个月实习期。
