1、行业场景洞察与产品机会识别：面向餐饮、服务零售等生活服务重点行业，深入理解商家在引流获客、交易转化、门店经营、会员复购、营销投放等场景下的经营诉求，识别自助业务的产品机会与增长空间； 2、产品GTM与销售赋能：承接自助业务相关产品的GTM工作，包括产品定位、目标客群拆解、场景包装、卖点提炼、销售话术、培训材料、作业SOP和推广节奏设计，提升一线销售理解产品、讲清价值和推动转化的效率； 3、行业化打法沉淀与规模推广：结合餐饮、服务零售行业特征和商家分层策略，沉淀可复制的行业解决方案、标杆案例和推广方法论，联动销售、行业运营、解决方案等团队推动产品在目标行业、重点商家和核心区域中的规模化渗透； 4、数据复盘与产品迭代推动：围绕产品渗透率、使用率、交易贡献、商家活跃、销售作业效率等指标，建立产品运营监控与复盘机制，结构化沉淀一线反馈和业务问题，推动产品体验优化、能力补齐和策略迭代。

1、行业与业务经验：本科及以上学历，3年左右产品运营、行业运营、商业化运营经验；具备餐饮、服务零售行业视角，或有广告业务背景者优先； 2、产品运营与GTM能力：熟悉产品从定位、包装、销售赋能到落地复盘的完整链路，能把产品能力转化为一线听得懂、用得上的行业打法和销售工具； 3、协同推进与结果导向：具备较强的结构化思考、数据分析和跨团队协作能力，能联动产品、销售、运营等团队推动问题解决和业务结果达成。
