1、产品效率指标追踪与优化：理解KYC产品整体业务流程，追踪并分析核心效率指标，与产品经理（PM）及外部供应商紧密协作，推动产品性能持续优化； 2、预算与成本分析：负责eKYC季度及年度预算的归集与分析，对eKYC成本开展深入的预算与实际执行差异分析；联合产品经理、解决方案团队及供应商，发掘并落地战略性成本优化方案； 3、KYC供应商管理：统筹供应商全生命周期管理；持续评估服务、成本与质量，维护在役KYC供应商体系，同时开展行业对标研究以优化供应商池；组织供应商周例会及季度业务评审（QBR），推动服务水平协议（SLA）改进，建立互信协作的合作关系；负责供应商对账与结算流程管理，确保账单精准、运营高效。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，金融、经济学、工商管理、统计学、计算机科学或其他数据分析相关专业； 2、具备扎实的数据处理与财务分析能力；熟练使用Excel开展预算实际差异分析及供应商对账；熟练掌握SQL或其他商业智能（BI）工具，用于产品效率指标的追踪与数据提取； 3、具备优秀的结构化思维能力，能够开展行业对标分析，提炼复杂业务问题，并将数据洞察转化为可落地的降本、提效策略； 4、出色的人际交往与谈判能力，能够独立主导外部供应商会议（周例会、季度评审等），管理服务水平协议，并与跨职能内部团队（产品、解决方案团队）高效协作； 5、具备优秀的人际沟通能力，英语听说读写流利为硬性要求； 6、每周可实习至少3天，实习时长不少于3个月。

加分技能/资质 1、了解KYC、反洗钱（AML）或制裁筛查基本原理，或有相关领域实习经历者优先； 2、普通话流利，可更高效地与全球研发及产品团队协作，为重要加分项； 3、有科技公司或咨询机构的商业/战略分析、财务计划与分析（FP&A）、产品运营、供应商管理等优质实习经历者优先； 4、有Tableau等数据可视化工具或内部BI看板使用经验者优先。
