1、负责APP游戏、短剧、小游戏、引流电商等非闭环广告业务收入和效果指标体系搭建，对短期异常进行归因，对长期趋势进行解读； 2、结合广告投放机制和非闭环业务广告场景，优化投放策略和模型，支持实验评估，提升平台变现效率； 3、抽象客户在广告投放过程中不同阶段的问题，探索创新投放产品，沉淀成客户投放方法论，助力客户。

1、本科及以上学历，统计、经济学专业优先，具有广告相关领域的分析经验和能力优先； 2、掌握扎实的统计学原理，熟悉常用的数据分析方法，分析报告或专题研究上遵循严格的逻辑形式； 3、能快速理解业务，发掘业务细节和数据之间的联系； 4、能与业务方（PM，运营，技术开发）协作独立跟进完整项目，能够判断、协调多个需求的优先级； 5、精通SQL，熟悉数据库工具，了解数据仓库和数据可视化； 6、抗压、沟通协调、推动能力强，积极主动，肯思考。
