1、牵头开展战略分析工作，挖掘潜在增长机会，为中长期业务增长策略的制定提供数据及策略支持； 2、分行业开展市场调研和分析，结合不同行业的业务特性、用户需求及增长痛点，制定针对性的分行业增长策略，挖掘各行业的增长机会，评估策略落地效果并优化； 3、筛选并评估高效获客渠道，分析各渠道的可扩展性、投入产出比及可行性，优化渠道运营策略，保障获客效果落地； 4、与销售、市场、产品、技术等部门紧密协作，对齐核心目标，推动增长策略落地执行，监控核心增长指标，持续优化迭代策略。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上策略、业务增长相关工作经验，有咨询行业相关经验者优先； 2、具备较强的框架性思考能力，能系统性拆解增长问题、梳理分析逻辑，精准定位增长瓶颈，形成清晰可落地的增长策略思路； 3、具备良好的问题解决能力和结果导向，能高效解决业务增长中的核心问题，有明确的策略落地成果，主动探索新的增长路径； 4、具备强烈的数据驱动思维，有扎实的数据分析工具实操经验（如SQL、BI工具、电子表格等），能通过工具开展深度分析、提炼核心洞察，支撑数据驱动决策； 5、具备优秀的沟通与协调能力，善于推动内外部合作方达成共识，保障策略落地。
