1、拥有全局的业务和技术视野，能够识别问题点和需求点，并结合业务目标，负责横向推动业务项目； 2、对数据库新硬件、新技术、新部署架构进行一定的技术研究，结合项目实际情况，把控数据库物理部署方案和应用架构设计方案，并协同相关团队完成方案落地； 3、具备一定的针对数据库、OS、网络等相关问题的故障排查能力； 4、具备一定的代码开发能力，能够借助AI工具高效完成软件开发工作。

1、熟悉业界主流的关系型数据库或NoSQL数据库；掌握数据库原理，具备大规模运维经验，能够根据业务情况提供最佳实践方案； 2、了解当前主流的AI-Infra架构，以及AI-Infra对数据库的需求和能力要求，熟悉硬件、网络、操作系统、K8s等相关基础理论并具备实践经验，有云技术背景者优先； 3、对大模型有一定认识，能够创建并有效应用Agent；了解研发体系，熟悉整个软件项目研发周期，同时了解大型软件架构（如微服务体系等）； 4、对数据库业务具有敏锐的洞察力，善于发现问题，具备一定的项目管理和协同能力，能够推动项目执行与落地。
