1、对本地生活综合重点行业（丽人、休闲娱乐、本地服务、汽车、电影、运动健身等）的商家经营结果负责，帮助连锁和中小等不同生意规模的商家基于抖音平台做好生意经营，实现平台和商户的共赢； 2、深入理解洞察行业特征和品类趋势，识别业务机会并通过运营类目营销活动、优化行业产品、差异化行业策略等手段，实现可持续的、规模化的增长； 3、构建商家分层体系，针对重点商家的运营萃取方法论，输出分层策略推进商家自运营，实现升级； 4、负责部门重点项目的计划和落地，负责搭建项目评估体系，监控关键节点数据，定期输出复盘报告，协调产品、市场等多方资源，确保项目达成预期指标。

1、本科及以上学历，1-3年商家/行业运营经验； 2、具有体系化思考和分析的能力，有跨组织的沟通和资源协调能力； 3、数据敏感，善于分析数据并且归因逻辑严谨，能识别问题背后的关键因素和核心原因； 4、有综合相关行业的工作经验，熟悉平台化商家和商品运营者优先。
