ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：CQC（中国内容质量与数据服务平台）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音、西瓜视频等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验，支持各产品的运营和增长，以及为产品线提供AI算法算力的基础支持服务。

1、负责内容生态场景的模型训练及应用，能够独立负责模型训练全链路工作，包括但不限于大模型调用、微调、评估优化，以及机器学习和深度学习模型的训练和工程化落地； 2、深入理解业务需求与数据特征，从业务目标达成出发设计大模型或大、小模型协同解决方案，通过Prompt工程、RAG、微调等技术提升内容识别、理解、内容治理等场景的应用效果，优化业务流程和效率； 3、主导大模型在业务中的创新应用，包括但不限于搭建领域适合的微调方案、设计多模型融合策略、优化模型部署上线流程，推动大模型规模化落地； 4、持续跟踪AI前沿技术动态，推动大模型与行业知识库、业务规则的结合，构建可复用的模型能力中台； 5、高效、规范管理模型项目需求，做好经验沉淀，将训练经验扩展至多业务场景，保证项目投入ROI。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数学、统计学专业优先； 2、内容治理、用户治理等领域经验，具备AI应用落地经验方法论，有丰富成体系的项目管理经验； 3、熟练掌握并运用Python编程语言、SQL（基础能力）、Pandas、Spark（进阶能力），了解CV、NLP、音频常用算法，具备良好的数据分析和问题解决能力，能够独立进行模型调优和性能优化； 4、熟悉掌握大模型关键技术，包括但不限于Prompt工程、微调技术、RAG等，有Hugging Face、LangChain等框架使用经验； 5、强烈的业务驱动意识，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神，愿意挑战复杂问题，具备优秀的跨团队协作能力和技术创新落地能力。
