1、负责抖音生活服务市场营销类方向的数据分析工作，提供洞见以支持业务决策，帮助业务实现成长； 2、深入探索并分析业务数据，建立清晰的数据指标体系，并通过数据分析挖掘不同场景及不同用户的动机及诉求，识别关键问题，制定具体、可执行的策略； 3、进行市场活动分析评估等分析工作，监测关键指标的波动，并构建健全的数据分析体系； 4、主动思考业务、主动发现业务的痛点问题，找到可以改进或提效的机会，给出具体可行的优化建议，并推进落地带来业务实际提升。

1、本科及以上学历，统计、数学、分析等相关专业，1年以上的数据分析经验； 2、熟悉平台营销玩法、活动评估经验优先；有本地生活、电商等相关行业从业经验优先； 3、具备解决复杂问题的数据分析能力，能快速理解商业逻辑，通过数据量化拆解业务问题的成因及影响，并给出具体可行的优化方案； 4、精通SQL，具备使用R、Python或其他编程语言的实践经验； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力与合作精神，具备自我驱动的工作规划能力和探寻意识。
