1、负责与国际合作厂商项目团队、IP监修等团队的整体对接，搭建高效的沟通机制与项目协作流程，确保长期的稳定合作关系； 2、作为与国际厂商的合作接口人，协同司内项目的研发、技术、运营、美术等各模块持续推进与国际厂商的合作进度； 3、建立项目各模块与国际厂商稳定的日常合作流程；针对重点议题协助项目组完成关键会议的组织及会议材料的筹备，推进结论的达成及后续跟进； 4、定期组织项目组与国际厂商的团队成员沟通及项目整体交流，推动重点项目决策及资源筹备； 5、协同公司的商务团队，搭建项目组与主机游戏平台的对接流程，维护长线合作关系。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏运营或研发团队背景，至少3年以上与欧美射击产品的厂商合作经验； 2、热爱游戏，对国际主机产品熟悉度较高，精通射击游戏玩法品类，深度了解射击玩法的用户属性及品类发展趋势； 3、具备充分的网络游戏研发、运营及发行理解； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作能力及逻辑表达能力； 5、英语书面及口语能力良好，可无障碍与国际团队沟通。
