1、负责公司用户触达相关的研发工作，构建及改进海量用户下的分钟级消息触达能力，具体包含但不仅限于：推送通道建设、架构优化、推送策略优化、热点推送提速等方面； 2、支持抖音、今日头条、飞书等字节跳动业务，面对短时间内海量推送请求的高并发挑战，通过系统调优、性能优化等方式为业务提供高效、稳定的推送服务能力； 3、具备较好的业务意识，有中台或To B方向的相关工作经验，对数据及内容应用领域有较为深刻的思考。

1、能熟练使用一种编程语言，包括不限于Golang/Python/Java/C++/C； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 3、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分，具备良好的工程系统设计能力； 4、熟悉使用MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常用组件，能灵活使用解决实际的工程问题； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
