1、该岗位负责大促平台活动的货品策略工作，主要包含； 2、供给机会和增量挖掘：通过大盘供给、活动供给、过往和市场数据，结合大促核心目标，挖掘大促期间如重点类目、重点供给等机会策略和增量空间； 3、供给匹配效率提升：根据大盘各类扶持场景和渠道特点（含货架和内容场），输出提升货品效率和增量的匹配策略，验证有效性并做放大； 4、商品生产和目标设计：联动算法、数据设计重点商品生产规则和机制，保证商品供给和质量；协同完成目标制定和行业沟通，过程及时识别风险问题，确保目标达成。

1、5年以上运营相关工作经历，熟悉消费者行为、全类目货品和商家经营逻辑，能充分洞察经营本质，对电商货品运营有较深的理解，电商营销&活动场货品策略相关经验优先； 2、具备独立的数据获取/处理能力，能结合数据表现分析挖掘机会点，能通过数据驱动策略优化； 3、横向协同能力，协调整合资源、强力推动各方落地，有过项目管理经验佳； 4、有较强的学习能力，充满好奇心与责任心，有对目标追求达成&不断迭代的习惯。
