1、价值挖掘：挖掘抖音生活服务产品的价值和实际应用场景，基于餐饮、酒旅、休闲娱乐等细分品类商家需求，设计差异化运营策略，提升商家接入效率与经营效率； 2、产品推动：深度理解业务需求、产品逻辑，判断对应到产品的机会和风险，基于业务真实场景的需求推动产品产品、技术团队进行功能开发与迭代优化；协助产品功能的落地全过程，包括上线前的策略准备、上线中的灰度测试与监控、上线后的效果评估与迭代； 3、数据驱动与洞察：建立并监控核心数据指标体系，敏锐洞察数据波动背后的原因，定位问题与增长机会；通过商户及销售调研、A/B测试、数据分析等手段，持续验证假设、优化运营策略，并形成数据闭环；定期输出运营分析报告，为业务决策和产品方向提供坚实的数据支撑和行动建议； 4、跨部门协同与资源整合：高效协同产品、区域运营、销售支持及业务等团队，确保项目顺利推进和目标达成。

1、经验背景：本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品运营、增长运营或策略运营经验，具备生活服务、电商、酒旅、餐饮、O2O等相关行业经验者优先； 2、具备数据分析能力：熟练使用工具进行数据提取与分析，精通Excel、Thinkcell等工具，独立完成数据分析报告； 3、逻辑思维与用户洞察：能够系统性思考问题，并深刻理解业务需求，具备将复杂问题结构化并找到关键突破口的能力； 4、项目管理与沟通能力：有主人翁意识、推动力强，具备跨组织的上下游业务联动意识、擅长复杂项目的沟通管理，和协同建立良好合作关系，整合资源、获取支持； 5、清晰的目标感，有耐心有韧劲、持续学习，项目推进中注重思考和沉淀，能够结合数据分析形成判断和总结，不断试错、改进、落地。
