1、基于对业务的理解和熟悉，洞察业务问题，主导并执行各项业务分析项目，包括且不限于产品、业务、政策等各个角度，并结合实际发展情况，建立专项课题，发现问题和机会，并积极与各团队配合协作，输出有清晰结论、明确判断的研究分析结果，并配合各协作团队推动落地执行； 2、负责商业化策略分析工作，基于对业务的深入理解，针对相关业务方向及策略方向，能够深度理解并有效拆解问题，整合各类数据和信息，利用科学的分析、归因方法，挖掘数据并提出有依据支撑的结论，与实际场景结合回答政策制定过程中遇到的问题，并给出相关政策制定的建议和方向； 3、针对各落地执行的策略及业务动作，进行严谨科学的归因度量和复盘，辅助量化政策执行效果，并结合对业务和复盘的实际理解，为后续政策的迭代提供建议方向。

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机科学等相关专业或广告相关业务背景者优先； 2、对数据具有敏感性，精通SQL/Hive，Python或其他编程语言，熟悉常用数据统计和量化归因方法进行相关业务分析工作； 3、逻辑清晰、业务理解力强、有好奇心，具备自我驱动的工作规划能力和探寻意识； 4、具备出色的沟通能力、理解能力、责任心和团队协作精神，能在跨部门环境中有效工作； 5、工作认真细致，有良好的团队合作精神、责任意识和数据安全及保密意识，能够快速适应复杂环境，具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
