1、本科及以上学历，熟悉内容产品，对常见的内容生产和消费费问题有独立思考； 2、有内容平台用户运营的体系化策略经验，善于倾听用户反馈，能从中理解和发掘用户需求，并能从策略和功能出发独立设计解决方案； 3、对数据敏感，善于从数据中发现问题、寻找突破； 4、对内容推荐系统有一定了解，对新事物充满兴趣； 5、协作能力突出，能够充分协调增长、产研资源并推动落地。
