1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网活动策划/策略运营及分析/战略/经营及商业分析/国际化产品用户增长工作经验优先，有直播或泛娱乐产品经验加分； 2、优秀的活动策划能力，活动思路清晰，有良好的原型工具使用能力，擅长把握户心理，设计有效的活动玩法； 3、优秀的数据分析能力，对数据敏感度高，能洞察数据背后的原因，分析总结活动背后数据变化的原因，独立思考与归纳总结； 4、有优秀的逻辑理解和分析能力，对问题有敏感的洞察力，善于总结归纳，擅长把握户心理，具备较强的数据分析能力； 5、沟通力执行力强，能出色的跨多部门、团队沟通协作和项目管理能力，能够适应不同类型的沟通对象，顺利推进项目落地； 6、英文沟通流利，可作为工作语言。
