1、本科及以上学历，2年以上产品运营相关工作经验，有产品运营/招商IP策划/营销策划经验优先； 2、有较强的语文理解，人群洞察，营销策划包装能力，并兼具数据敏感，逻辑清晰； 3、甲方渠道/媒介经验优先、媒介代理/ISV/消费者运营经验优先； 4、有高效的沟通能力，有团队合作精神与大局观，有自驱力和良好的工作习惯。
