1、融资战略与规划； 1）负责消费金融业务的中长期融资战略和实施路线，确保资金供给支持贷款业务持续增长； 2）根据贷款发放预测、资产回款、信用表现及业务增长计划，制定短期、中期和长期融资计划； 3）规划不同国家、业务主体、产品和资金方的融资组合，提升资金来源多元化并控制资金方集中度； 4）结合融资能力、市场环境和流动性压力测试结果，制定融资储备及再融资安排； 2、融资渠道与机构关系； 1）主动开发银行、基金、机构投资人及其他资金合作方，建立可持续的融资渠道储备； 2）协同机构拓展团队完成资产发行、项目推介和资金方沟通，维护关键机构的高层关系； 3）负责资金方准入、商务条款谈判及合作方案设计，平衡融资规模、成本、期限、担保和契约约束； 3、结构化融资与交易执行； 1）独立负责外部融资项目的开发、结构设计、尽职调查、商务谈判、文件签署和交割； 2）协同财务、税务、法务、合规及信用风险团队完成核心商业条款和交易文件谈判； 3）设计适配贷款资产特征的融资结构，并持续优化为可重复、标准化、可随资产增长扩容的融资模式； 4）评估资产质量、Vintage、逾期、损失和提前还款对融资条款、增信安排及资产池表现的影响； 4、资产池与存续期管理； 1）建立融资资产筛选、入池、存续及摊还管理机制，持续分析资产池表现； 2）管理提款、还本付息、数据报送、信息披露和Covenant指标监控，确保履行融资协议约定； 3）跟踪融资额度使用、到期分布及续作进度，及时识别交易层面的再融资和违约风险； 4）与资产负债管理团队协作，根据资产收益、风险特征和融资成本确定资产匹配及渠道使用方案； 5、融资运营与系统能力； 1）建立融资运营制度、流程控制及职责分工，覆盖交易全生命周期； 2）推动融资管理系统建设，实现融资项目、额度、提款、还款、Covenant、资产池及机构关系的集中管理； 3）建立融资成本、渠道表现及交易执行效率的分析机制，支持融资策略迭代。

1、3年以上Funding、Structured Finance、Treasury或相关经验，其中5年以上信贷资产融资或消费金融融资经验； 2、具有独立负责结构化融资交易的实操经验，能够清晰说明本人在项目开发、结构设计、谈判、文件及交割环节的具体职责； 3、深入理解消费金融及贷款业务模式、贷款资产生命周期和资产质量指标，深入理解Vintage、Delinquency、Loss、Prepayment对融资结构和资产池表现的影响； 4、熟悉资金方开发、Pitch、Term Sheet、尽职调查、Structuring、Negotiation、Documentation及Closing全流程； 5、具备较强的财务建模能力，能够分析贷款现金流、融资需求、资金成本及交易结构，具有东南亚和拉美金融市场经验者优先，并理解各国金融监管及资本管制约束； 6、具备出色的外部沟通、商务谈判、跨职能推动、高级利益相关方管理及团队管理能力，中英文表达优秀。
