1、负责游戏工作室的经营信息/数据/指标等日常监控与分析，为管理者提供优质的决策依据，协助识别潜在的经营风险以及优化空间，促进业务经营的稳定和高效； 2、预测产品的经营预期，结合对产品的体验和理解、市场竞争格局，以及产品实际数据，对产品的经营数据规模和走势进行推演并提出提升建议； 3、支持公司的资源投入决策，协同参与公司层面的经营目标和预算规划制定，基于行业洞察和产品理解，协助管理者制定具体项目的资源策略。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上经营分析工作经验； 2、金融/经济/会计/统计/计算机等相关专业优先； 3、有游戏公司经营分析、商业分析、数据分析、发行运营等相关经验，对国内外游戏行业格局、公司业务流程有一定认知积累； 4、具备优秀的问题分析能力，并善于将分析结果化繁为简，清晰呈现，关注细节； 5、动手能力强，熟练使用Office套件，熟稔数据分析相关工具（SQL，Python/R，Tableau，etc；）者优先； 6、热爱游戏，对多种类型的电子游戏有广泛涉猎，且对每类游戏的典型特征有认知了解。
