1、建设抖音生活服务内容生态的核心指标和监控体系，通过数据分析和内容研究，及时发现业务问题和趋势，从用户需求、内容生态、行业等方面发现问题&机会点； 2、研究明确平台鼓励的内容方向和特征，并以此建设抖音生活服务内容标准和标签体系，推动优质内容生态建设； 3、基于内容方向&业务机会点，协同数据、算法和产品等，提升优质内容供给，优化流量分发策略，最终带来用户内容消费体验提升，探索生活服务流量增长机会； 4、协同服务体验与治理，及时发现并定位内容生态问题，实时跟进/调整/优化内容规则，落地相应治理策略。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上内容策略/运营经验，熟悉抖音及生活服务，对内容生态有自己的认知和理解，有体系化输出内容规则、策略经验优先； 2、良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，擅长内容研究洞察，对用户需求及内容高敏感、有热情； 3、目标导向，自我驱动，优秀的沟通协作能力和资源整合能力，有意愿作为中台，优化内容和达人生态，有能力站在一线，陪同达人和业务成长。
