日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持字节跳动雇主品牌各渠道内容策划、日常排版、设计对接等； 2、负责渠道的运营工作，通过社群运营、粉丝互动等多种方式提升渠道内容的影响力； 3、支持招聘信息的传播，灵活运用多种内容形态传递公司最新招聘信息； 4、支持部门其他相关运营工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有新媒体运营经验，能熟练使用各类公众号排版软件、制图软件，有内容审美； 3、思维活跃、脑洞大、审美好，有比较强的创意能力，对内容有热情，打造过爆款传播且附作品者优先； 4、对社交媒体流行信息有高敏锐度，有较强的内容生产和运营能力，能独立产出内容； 5、能尽快入职并且保证每周实习5天，实习时长不少于6个月的同学优先考虑。
