1、通过定性或定量方式制定人群策略，深入分析特定人群（如年轻人/亲子等）的需求与行为特征，制定针对性的运营玩法与补贴策略，提升目标人群规模与购买频次； 2、独立完成基于目标人群的玩法策划与执行，包括人群玩法设计、玩法招商、资源整合、推广策略制定等确保玩法目标的达成，通过复盘与数据分析，持续优化玩法策略与运营手段，提升玩法效果与用户体验，并为业务收益增长与钱效负责； 3、协同产品/研发等团队，推动人群运营相关工具与功能的开发与落地； 4、挖掘目标人群在市场团队、业务大区的合作机会，统筹设计人群联合方案并落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上用户增长、人群运营、产品运营等相关工作经验，有生活服务行业（如餐饮、外卖、酒店旅游、到店综合等）人群运营经验优先； 2、熟悉生活服务业务，有年轻人、亲子等人群运营经验者优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并提出解决方案； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够高效协同内外部团队推动项目落地； 5、具备一定韧性、责任心和主观能动性，愿意深入业务场景，对业务结果负责，具有一定创新精神，能够主动发现问题并积极推动解决。
