1、产品GTM与渗透增长：收入导向，推进高优广告产品的商家使用渗透，制定产品上线后的运营节奏与增长路径，同时针对服饰、美妆、食品、3C、家居等不同品类商家的经营特点，拆解分行业差异化策略，策划产品上线后的宣传推广活动，包括商家培训、案例包装、行业沙龙等，提升产品认知度和采纳率； 2、需求收集与提炼：深入一线收集客户痛点与使用反馈，提炼可落地的产品需求，协同产品经理推动功能迭代，形成“客户反馈→需求提炼→产品迭代→效果验证”的闭环； 3、商家服务机制与工具提效：识别不同商家的经营模式（品牌型/白牌型/达人型/产业带型等），匹配差异化的服务方式和内容，建立商家分层服务体系，并结合AI产品工具（如智能投放助手、AI创意生成、智能客服等），探索销售侧与商家侧的提效场景，推动工具在业务中的落地应用，搭建服务效果度量体系，通过数据分析持续优化服务策略，提升商家满意度和经营效果； 4、数据驱动与跨团队协同：基于业务数据进行深度分析，定位产品渗透和商家经营中的问题，输出可执行的优化方案，与产品经理、算法工程师、销售团队、行业运营等多方紧密协作，推动项目从立项到落地的全流程执行。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、数据分析能力强，熟练使用Excel/SQL，能独立完成数据提取、清洗、分析和可视化，用数据驱动决策； 3、熟悉广告产品与流量竞价逻辑，了解ECPM排序、出价机制、人群定向等广告系统核心概念，有广告投放实操经验者优先； 4、高变化的环境，学习能力强，对新事物保持好奇心，乐于接受新挑战； 5、有电商行业经验优先（包括但不限于电商运营、广告投放、商家服务、数据分析等实习经历）。
