1、统筹中国大陆工签、居留许可全流程业务运转，把控整体办理时效、合规标准与服务质量； 2、负责外部服务商全流程管理，包含日常服务管控、履约跟进、服务质量监督与效果复盘，保障业务稳定交付； 3、对接内部团队及外部机构，响应日常业务咨询，处理流程卡点与各类突发业务问题； 4、梳理现有业务链路，排查流程短板与合规隐患，持续推进业务流程标准化优化，针对业务异常、办理延误等情况开展复盘，沉淀经验，持续优化服务体验； 5、及时关注出入境及人社最新政策，落实合规管控要求，保障整体业务合规运行。

1、本科及以上学历，有人力运营、流程运营、签证运营业务经验者优先； 2、具备良好的结构化与系统性思维，能够从复杂业务个案中提炼共性问题，主动发现业务痛点并推动落地改善； 3、有责任心，自驱主动，工作中能够分清优先级，平稳推进各项事务； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通与多方协作能力，整合内外部资源，独立闭环解决问题； 5、具备合规意识与风险预判能力，能够提前识别业务潜在风险，做好前置防控； 6、英语口语及书面语皆流利，可作为工作语言。
