1、负责国际化安全审核团队的资源管理工作，确保在合适的时间、地点配置恰当的资源，以支持运营交付、提升效率； 2、与产品和下游运营团队紧密协作，制定资源规划参数，协调临时资源需求及突发状况； 3、基于数据，分析运营产出和相关指标趋势，持续识别并推动优化机会； 4、主导流程改进项目，完善资源规划机制，确保流程适用于多种业务场景与相关方； 5、管理产能和资源交付时间，通过数据建模模拟不同资源部署情境，跨部门协作提升产能监控与报告工具的效率与实用性。

1、拥有相关领域的本科及以上学历，如商业分析、经济学或统计学专业； 2、至少3年数据分析相关工作经验，如数据分析、资源管理和战略规划方面的经验；有跨国/全球化工作经验； 3、精通数据分析，至少熟练使用Excel；熟练运用SQL及其他数据分析工具； 4、注重细节，能够轻松处理大量数据，同时还能发现细微差异； 5、具备强的跨部门沟通及相关方管理能力，能够独立驱动策略，与相关方拉齐以达成目标； 6、优秀的英语能力（书面及口语），可无障碍进行英文工作交流。

优先考虑： 1、具备运营规划经验者； 2、有在业务流程外包（BPO）/社交媒体/呼叫中心等环境中工作并取得成效者。
