日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动内控部，我们关注全球业务在开展过程中面对的风险和挑战，并辅助业务管理者建立适当的内部程序，为业务有序发展保驾护航。在这里，你将有机会学习字节跳动的多元的业务生态、理解他们运作的原理、资源调度的方式，并参与到内部管理机制的设计中。

1、负责内控部门数据仓库运维，包含存储空间、队列、Hive、MySQL等数据资源的日常运维工作； 2、通过风险数据挖掘与分析，帮助业务构建和维护风险数据及策略体系； 3、部门AI能力和数据产品的建设支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计、数据分析专业背景等相关专业学生优先； 2、具备较好的数据能力，包括SQL、Python编程能力、算法（机器学习/大模型）以及良好的数据分析能力； 3、需具备良好的协调和沟通能力； 4、专注、认真，具有较强的学习能力； 5、每周到岗4天及以上，实习时间3个月及以上。
