团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助开展企业内部信息系统（如报表、ERP、案例管理、权限管理等系统）的需求调研、功能测试及数据验证，跟进问题定位与闭环； 2、使用Python、Pandas、Power BI、Tableau等工具进行数据处理、分析及自动化脚本开发，支持财务、人事等业务报表的自动生成与可视化，提升数据处理效率； 3、协助梳理和优化内部系统间的数据对接链路，撰写需求文档参与系统升级、接口测试、权限配置及日常基础运维； 4、编写和维护系统操作手册、培训材料及相关流程文档，协助推动系统使用规范落地； 5、参与企业内部AI Agent应用建设，结合实际业务场景搭建和优化AI工作流，推动流程自动化与效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，信息管理、计算机、数据科学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Power BI、Tableau等主流BI工具，具备数据分析、可视化或相关项目经验者优先； 3、具备一定的Python和SQL基础，能够使用Pandas等工具完成基础数据处理，有自动化脚本开发经验者优先； 4、对人事、财务、法务等企业内部管理系统有基础了解或浓厚兴趣； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，能够主动发现问题、分析原因并提出优化建议； 6、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力、学习能力和执行力。

加分项 1、有ERP、HR、财务或权限管理系统相关实践经验，了解API、系统接口及基础的数据对接机制； 2、使用过扣子、Dify等AI工作流或Agent搭建工具，有数据报表自动化、企业流程自动化或AI应用项目作品。
