1、标准的建立：负责创建和维护服务品质标准、建立质量控制体系，基于业务重点的变化，持续优化质检机制，提升服务质量； 2、问题的分析：主导质检数据深度分析，通过数据关联性挖掘，从人员执行、流程方案等多维度定位高频问题和产生原因，输出可落地的分析报告； 3、问题整改：针对达成差的职场/人员，联动相关方制定有效改善方案并追踪落地效果，结合检出的方案/规则等维度问题，推动对应团队调整，提升整体服务体验； 4、业务问题发现与推动：除常规的数据及改善跟踪外，能够从不同维度发现业务问题点，并推动解决。

1、具备3年及以上电商商家服务/客服质检运营相关经验者优先，熟悉质检管理的常用逻辑和测算工具（同时具有客服管理经验优先）； 2、具备突出的数据分析能力，熟练掌握数据分析工具，能独立完成多维度对比分析，从数据中提炼业务重点； 3、拥有清晰的业务逻辑思维，可快速理解电商业务流程，并将其融入质检工作； 4、具备较强的责任心、以目标为导向推动问题解决的能力。
