1、深度参与业财一体化基础平台业务发展，提供的高效的质量交付; 2、深度参与产品研发项目，协同产品和研发团队高质量交付产品； 3、负责日常项目线下测试与线上质量分析，跟进质量问题、事故、专项优化等； 4、对整体质量进行分析，抽象专项优化点，推动相关方开展建设； 5、负责集成平台的专项建设，使用技术手段解决业务痛点、 难点问题，包括自动化、白盒测试、覆盖率等。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或者相关专业，业务测开/质量运营/质量管理/项目管理相关工作经验； 2、较强的沟通表达能力、横向协作能力，良好的合作精神和高度责任心； 3、有丰富的专项测试和优化经验，熟练掌握QA工作方法以及了解常用客户端、服务端开发或测试工具，如自动化框架、压测工具、效能平台、发布平台等； 4、主动思考意识，有责任心，有学习的强烈愿望和踏实的工作态度，具备较强的分析和解决问题能力，善于团队合作，理解和适应变化，以结果和行动为准则，努力追求成功。
