1、本科及以上学历，5年以上广告公司、媒体平台、品牌方经验，熟悉汽车/奢品/美妆/快消领域者优先； 2、有敏锐的商业洞察与市场研究能力，了解国际市场，具有出色的数据分析意识和结构化思维，逻辑性较好； 3、思路开阔灵活，有好奇心和自驱力，擅长跨部门沟通协作，临场应变及抗压能力强； 4、英文可作为工作语言，语言和文字表达能力出色，有海外留学或工作经验加分。
