1、负责抖音生活服务效率平台相关业务的服务端研发工作； 2、持续改善已有服务，优化系统薄弱点，提升系统性能和稳定性； 3、完善基础组件支持，更好地支撑业务迭代，根据业务需求，为团队引入新技术和方案； 4、以自身良好的项目管理与协调沟通能力，负责跨团队的重点项目的推进工作； 5、深入发掘和分析业务需求，撰写技术方案和系统设计，具有技术方向中长期规划能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，3年及以上研发工作经验优先； 2、有扎实的编程能力和良好的编码风格，熟练使用基本的数据结构和算法； 3、精通Java/Go/C/C++/Python等至少一门语言，并熟练掌握常见的中间件如RDS、NOSQL、MQ等； 4、具备丰富的架构设计经验，能够准确、全面的理解业务，并根据业务发展设计合理的架构方案； 5、积极主动、自驱力强，深入了解业务并与业务中各角色建立沟通，能独立负责一块业务，迅速推进项目与问题的解决； 6、有ToB、O2O行业经验者优先。
