1、研究全球不同区域的文化、消费习惯、技术接受度等，识别Gen-AI产品的市场机会和潜在挑战，为产品的全球推广制定针对性策略；跟踪全球AI行业趋势，定期提供深度分析报告，为产品的功能优化和市场定位提供建议； 2、制定并执行全球用户增长计划，通过跨区域的营销活动、合作推广等，提升产品在不同国家和地区的知名度和用户获取量； 3、负责全球用户社区的运营，建立并维护与用户的紧密沟通渠道，收集用户反馈，推动产品根据全球用户需求进行迭代优化，提升用户满意度和忠诚度； 4、与全球各地的本地化团队紧密合作，确保产品的内容、功能、营销活动等符合当地文化和市场需求，实现真正的全球化与本地化结合；协助本地化团队解决运营中遇到的问题，提供专业的指导和资源支持，保障产品在各个区域的顺利运营； 5、建立并完善全球运营数据分析体系，通过对用户行为、市场反馈等数据的深入分析，挖掘关键洞察，为运营策略调整和产品优化提供数据驱动的决策依据；根据数据分析结果，快速调整运营策略，优化产品功能和用户体验，持续提升产品在全球市场的表现； 6、与产品研发、设计、市场、商务等团队紧密合作，确保产品从开发到上线的全流程与全球运营目标一致，共同推动产品的成功；协调全球资源，解决跨部门合作中的问题，促进信息流通和高效协作，提升团队整体执行力。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可作为工作语言，具备海外生活或工作经验优先； 3、出色的客户服务技能，具有与内部和外部合作伙伴/客户合作的经验； 4、数据分析技能，将数据综合成可消费的报告，市场调研技能，包括通过各种特征细分和量化客户细分的能力； 5、一周实习5天，实习时间4个月以上优先。
