1、参与火山引擎官网平台的智能化建设，聚焦售后服务智能化场景，探索人与AI Agent协同使用云平台的新方式； 2、负责AI产品从需求到落地的全过程，深入了解用户和业务场景，识别值得解决的问题，完成需求分析、产品规划、方案设计及上线迭代； 3、持续改善用户体验，通过智能化手段提升运营效率，将智能搜索、知识问答、任务执行等能力融入用户使用流程，通过智能化手段降低用户信息获取、协助用户完成产品操作和问题解决； 4、建立效果评估和反馈机制，结合用户研究、线上数据及负面案例分析，评估任务完成情况、准确性、满意度、时延与成本，推动产品持续优化； 5、协同团队推动交付，与研发、设计及业务团队共同制定方案，明确优先级与落地节奏，兼顾用户价值、技术可行性和安全边界。

1、5年及以上AI产品相关经验，有实际AI产品上线和持续迭代经历，能够独立负责一个产品方向； 2、具备良好的用户洞察、产品设计和业务抽象能力，能从复杂需求中抓住关键问题，把技术能力转化为易理解、易使用的产品； 3、理解大模型、RAG、Agent、工具调用等技术的基本原理与应用边界，能够与技术团队讨论方案，并对效果、成本、稳定性作出合理取舍； 4、具备数据分析和效果验证意识，能定义合理的指标与评测标准，关注产品是否真正解决问题，而不只是功能是否上线； 5、有好奇心和主动学习能力；愿意持续体验新产品、研究新技术，遇到不熟悉的问题会主动探索，并通过动手实践验证想法、复盘得失； 6、沟通清晰、务实主动，能够推动跨团队协作，对产品落地和最终效果负责。
